SALARY: £29,071 per annum

About the Role of HR Support Officer 

This is a great opportunity to join an established HR team in a varied role, supporting the delivery of effective HR services across the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• HR Administration: Acting as a first point of contact for HR and payroll queries.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Supporting vacancy advertising, selection, pre-employment checks and new starter processes.
• Payroll & Employee Records: Supporting monthly payroll, maintaining accurate employee records and processing staff changes.
• HR Systems & Reporting: Maintaining HR systems, producing workforce reports and monitoring sickness absence.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Supporting HR meetings, preparing documentation and assisting with policies, audits and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

We are keen to hear from candidates with experience in HR administration and a good understanding of payroll, recruitment and onboarding processes.

You will also bring strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
