We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Systems Administrator to join our industry leading client in the Not For Profit / Education Sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR systems professional to play a key role in supporting and developing HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and an excellent user experience across the organisation.

Client Details

A not-for-profit organisation located in Birmingham, our client is an industry leader in education. They are now seeking a HR Systems Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis on a hybrid working schedule, with the option to work remote.

Description

  • Address technical issues in coordination with IT or external system providers.Administer and maintain the organisation's HR Information System (HRIS) (experience with Every is desirable but not essential).
  • Manage system user accounts, access levels, and permissions.
  • Provide first-line support to users, investigating and resolving system issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure HR data is accurate, secure, and compliant with relevant policies and legislation.
  • Support data cleansing initiatives to improve data quality and system reliability across the Trust.
  • Assist the HR Systems Lead with operational activities, system enhancements, and project delivery.
  • Produce and validate HR data reports as required.
  • Support system testing, upgrades, and process improvements.

Profile

A successful HR Systems Administrator should have:

  • Experience supporting HR systems, ideally within an education or multi-academy trust environment.
  • Experience supporting pay review processes and TUPE-related data activities.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and data management principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively.
  • A collaborative, customer-focused approach to supporting stakeholders.
  • The ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Offer

  • A competitive annual salary of £32000 to £40,000 per annum dependent on the level of experience.
