HRBP & Commercial Executive - Hybrid

Clover HR are recruiting for a HRBP & Commercial Executive who will operate in this dual-focused role responsible for delivering responsive, accurate HR support to a portfolio of Clover HR clients while contributing to commercial growth and business development activity. Acting as a trusted partner, the role supports clients in achieving their business objectives through effective HR practice, proactive account management and high-quality service delivery, while also helping to identify revenue opportunities, strengthen client relationships, support marketing and pitch activity, and improve internal processes that enhance the Clover HR brand and commercial performance.

Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

HRBP Service Delivery:

Provide expert HR advice and support to clients on a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.

Respond to client’s HR advice requirements in a timely manner, both over the phone and by email.

Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies, alongside Lead HRBPs, that align with client business objectives.

Provide HR support at client’s premises from time to time, sometimes at short notice.

Provide expert HR advice and consultation to clients, helping them navigate complex HR challenges and optimise their workforce.

Carry out new client health check meetings, and support with client service queries.

Provide relevant monthly updates for client activity and ensure the client relationship management system (HubSpot) is updated.

Contribute towards the HR strategic agenda within the client base, building relationships with stakeholders.

Contribute suitable material for client and prospect employment law updates/ delivering training in accordance with the marketing and client relationship strategies of the business.

Proactively manage the client contract identifying trends and patterns and making recommendations to Senior Management Team.

Support on other client accounts, if required, providing coverage for annual leave as required.

Lead on consultancy (one off) projects

Attend client site and remote meeting as required by the Lead HRBP and clients.

Deputise for Lead HRBP as appropriate.

Commercial activities:

Attend business and professional networking events acting as a brand ambassador for Clover HR and bringing intelligence back into the business to shape the organisation, tactics and strategy.

Involvement in pitching for new business as required, working on pitch content, presentations and marketing material when needed

Participate in Clover HR webinars’ and other Marketing activity as directed in line with standards of accuracy, professional quality and correct customer message.

Review Clover HR website and Marketing Material content for accuracy, professional quality and correct customer message when required.

Help produce relevant blogs and guides for use across the team and for socials/website

Help with training material for workshops across the client base and further.

Ensure information on additional services is up to date for both the HRBPs and the clients.

Generate accurate quotes via the CRM system.

Manage deal progression within the sales pipeline and coordinate updates with the commercial team.

Assist in developing pitch materials and presentations.

Ensure timely advancement of all deals through the CRM sales pipeline.

Prepare reports related to renewals.

Update the website as needed.

ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS.

• Demonstrable experience within a Customer Success environment
• Ability to work in team-based, collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Working toward CIPD Level 7 qualification
• Knowledge and understanding of UK employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organisation.

This is a hybrid role with applicants ideally situated in the Birmingham are. Part time hours can also be discussed.
