We are recruiting for an experienced HSE Manager on behalf of a leading manufacturing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HSE Manager who wants to make a genuine impact, influence positive change, and help create a culture where safety is at the heart of everything people do.

What You'll Be Doing

As HSE Manager, you will:

• Lead and embed a proactive safety-first culture across the site.
• Drive behavioural safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Monitor HSE performance, identify trends, and implement improvements.
• Advise and support management on all HSE matters

What We're Looking For

The successful HSE Manager will have:

• Experience in a Health, Safety & Environmental leadership role within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• NEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent).
• IOSH membership (minimum TechIOSH).
• Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
