Our HR team provides strategic, forward-thinking and proactive support across the business. In line with our People First value, we make sure people matters are handled sensitively, promptly, and always with genuine care.
As HR Administrator, you'll be at the heart of that — providing high-quality administrative support across the whole employee lifecycle, keeping our HR systems and records accurate, and helping make sure every employee gets a consistent, professional and positive experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the full employee lifecycle — onboarding, contractual changes, promotions, transfers and leavers
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and associated documentation
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and digital personnel files
- Support payroll processing, weekly timesheets and benefits administration
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, responding accurately or escalating where needed
- Facilitate pre-employment checks, vetting and right-to-work documentation
- Monitor expiring qualifications, security clearances and compliance records
- Help ensure everything we do is compliant with company policy, employment legislation and GDPR

- A natural collaborator, equally at ease working with HR colleagues, managers, employees and external partners
- Adaptable, and comfortable when priorities shift
Qualifications
Essential
- Experience in an HR Administrative or similar administrative role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using HR systems / HRIS platforms
- Understanding of UK employment legislation and best practices
- Knowledge of GDPR and handling confidential information
Desirable
- CIPD qualification (Level 3) or equivalent professional HR qualification
