• Coordinate with freight forwarders and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor shipments and resolve any issues or delays that arise during transit.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate order fulfilment and stock management.
• Maintain accurate records of all import and export activities.
• Stay updated on changes to import/export regulations and advise the business accordingly.
