An established industrial door specialist is looking for an Industrial Door Engineer to cover Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Dorset, Sussex and Berkshire.
Responsibilities
- Install, service and repair industrial doors and associated equipment
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
- Complete electronic job sheets and service reports
- Identify and report any additional work required
- Support installations and larger projects when needed
- Deliver a professional service to customers on-site
Requirements
- Previous experience working with industrial doors
- Mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
- Competent using hand and power tools
- Able to read technical drawings and schematics
- Comfortable working independently and at height
- Basic IT skills for completing electronic reports
- Willingness to travel throughout the regional patch
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS and IPAF qualifications are desirable but not essential
