Are you an experienced Engineering Manager looking for an exciting, prestigious and challenging opportunity with a large Food Manufacturer.

The company are a large international FMCG manufacturer with multiple sites in the UK.

The role will manage a small team mainly focused on the maintenance and health and safety on the site.

The role

1. Full time, permanent role mainly Mon-Fri but with some flexibility required (the team work across 3 shifts)
2. Line Management of a team
3. Delivery of continuous improvement to the production capability
4. Focus on the H & S onsite

The Person

1. Academic and working background in manufacturing engineering
2. Experienced Engineering Manager
3. Appropriate health and safety qualification
4. Kaizen/ Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement knowledge
5. Willing to undertake a 12 month fixed term position
