Day Rate: £400 / day (Outside IR35)
Location: Weston-super-Mare

A well-established modular home manufacturer is looking for an Interim Health and Safety Manager to lead H&S across four factories, ensuring compliance and strengthening safety culture in a high-end, innovative manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership and strategic direction for health and safety policies across multiple sites.
• Conducting site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Supporting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Promoting safety initiatives to foster a proactive safety culture among employees.
• Collaborating with site teams, including engineers, tradespeople, and management, to ensure health and safety standards are maintained.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in health and safety leadership within manufacturing or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and best practices.
• Good understanding of modular building or industrial manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels.
