A well-established not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its People team on an interim basis.

Description

  • Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
  • Support employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data
  • Produce HR reports and support workforce analytics
  • Assist with HR projects, engagement initiatives and learning & development activities

Profile

A successful Interim HR Advisor should have:

  • Previous experience in an HR advisory role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
  • A solid understanding of HR policies, procedures and employment law.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.

Job Offer

  • Daily rate of £175 per day dependent on the level of experience.
  • Temporary position based in London.
  • Hybrid working 1-2 days in the office
