Description

  • Lead the delivery of integrated marketing, communications and digital campaigns that support organisational growth and recruitment objectives.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, management and development of the marketing team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and campaigns.
  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy focused on improving engagement, conversion and overall performance.
  • Oversee website development, user experience, content optimisation, SEO and digital best practice.
  • Lead the implementation, optimisation and effective use of CRM systems, ensuring data, automation and reporting support strategic decision-making.
  • Use analytics, insights and performance data to evaluate campaigns, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage external agencies, suppliers and creative partners to deliver high-quality marketing activity and value for money.
  • Act as a guardian of the organisation's brand, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity and communications across all channels.

Profile

A successful Interim Marketing and Communication Manager should have:

  • Proven experience leading marketing and communications functions, with responsibility for delivering successful campaigns and organisational objectives.
  • Strong people management skills with experience developing, motivating and leading high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrable expertise in digital marketing, including website optimisation, SEO, content strategy and campaign delivery.
  • Experience implementing and optimising CRM platforms to improve engagement, conversion and reporting outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data, insights and reporting tools to inform decisions and improve performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across an organisation.
  • Hands-on and proactive leader who can balance strategic planning with operational delivery in a fast-paced environment.
