12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting a well-established logistics organisation based at Heathrow in the search for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join the business on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished recruitment professional who enjoys developing people, driving recruitment performance, and creating a positive team culture. Managing a small team of recruiters with varying levels of experience and capability, we're looking for a leader who can coach, mentor and inspire rather than simply manage performance.

What's on Offer:

  • Salary of £65,000
  • Car allowance
  • Annual bonus 10%
  • 12-month fixed-term contract – maternity cover
  • Opportunity to make a genuine impact within an established recruitment function

This role is available due to maternity leave, with an ideal start date in July to allow for a comprehensive handover before the current postholder begins leave in September.

Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager:

  • Lead, develop and support a team of recruitment professionals
  • Provide coaching and guidance to help individuals maximise their potential
  • Drive recruitment best practice across the function
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business
  • Monitor recruitment activity, performance and service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and candidate experience
  • Support workforce planning and recruitment strategy initiatives

About You:

  • Proven experience in a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager or similar leadership role
  • Strong people management skills with a coaching-led leadership style
  • Ability to develop teams with differing levels of experience and capability
  • Experience within a relevant fast paced sector such as logistics or FMCG is essential
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering quality recruitment outcomes
  • Stable career history with a commitment to building long-term success
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Whilst initially there’s an opportunity for hybrid working, please note this role will move to 5 days per week in the office from January 2027 so please consider this before applying.

If you're a people-focused recruitment leader who thrives on developing teams and delivering quality outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
