This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving new business, and delivering a consultative sales approach within the IT hardware space.
Key Responsibilities

New business development — proactive outreach within the B2B market

Relationship building with prospects and existing customers

High‑volume outbound calling — cold & warm calls to discuss IT needs, renewals, and alternative solutions

Handling inbound enquiries and responding professionally to customer emails and calls

Delivering an exceptional customer experience with a customer‑first mindset

Attending face‑to‑face meetings with B2B organisations

Processing completed sales orders accurately

Identifying and targeting organisations to build long‑term accounts

Regular follow‑ups to nurture opportunities and maintain engagement

Working closely with vendors and distributors to deliver the best solutions

Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team revenue goals

Creating accurate proposals and quotation documents

Maintaining strong, ongoing customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture

Managing tasks efficiently with strong organisation and prioritisation skills
Required Skills & Attributes

Basic understanding of IT hardware (preferred)

Strong drive, motivation, and resilience in a performance‑based sales role
