Internal Sales Coordinator

Our client, a well-established engineering company who we have a longstanding relationship with, based in the Tewkesbury area, has an exciting new opportunity for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to business growth. This role is for a brilliant company wihtin the manafacturing industry where your role will be different every day and working for a great manager! The role is base in the office full time. 

The successful Internal Sales Coordinator should have:

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, account management, or purchasing
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships with customers and suppliers
• A proactive approach with the ability to identify sales and upselling opportunities
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with a commercially focused mindset

In this role, the Internal Sales Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Managing existing customer accounts while building strong, long-term relationships
• Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring smooth order fulfilment
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales through upselling and lead follow-up
• Liaising with suppliers to coordinate stock levels and meet customer demand
• Maintaining accurate customer records and providing first-class customer support

Our client is offering the successful Internal Sales Coordinator a salary in the region of £28,000 - £30,000, plus benefits including 21 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service), company pension, flexible Monday to Friday working hours (9am-5pm), onsite parking, and genuine opportunities for career progression within a supportive team environment.
