  • Use of Sage/ Phocas/Word/Excel
  • Export/ customs experience

Key Activities & Responsibilities

  • Handling all incoming customer queries and questions
  • Providing the appropriate service and information or referring clients to another department
  • Resolving customer complaints and issuing refunds/ collections as needed
  • Resolving highly technical problems and arranging product replacements for customers
  • Maintaining an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by entering and updating client information
  • Providing quotations and checking product availability
  • Handling payment transactions
  • Process orders received via phone, email or web
  • Wide range of general admin including, but not limited to; setting up new accounts, responding to web enquiries, filing, updating portals and sending tracking information
  • Follow up and chase customer quotes
  • Passing leads on to the sales team
  • Support with the launch of marketing campaigns by pro-actively discussing with customers
