Internal Sales Executive - HVAC in Cranleigh, Surrey

An established HVAC business is looking for an Internal Sales Executive to manage and develop an existing portfolio of customers. The role involves taking ownership of approximately 30-40 B2B accounts, building customer relationships, increasing sales and identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products.

You will manage incoming enquiries, coordinate quotations with the estimating team and follow opportunities through to orders. The position offers structured product training and support, making it suitable for someone with previous sales experience looking to develop within the HVAC and building services sector.

Requirements
Previous sales or account management experience, ideally B2B
Confident managing customer relationships by phone, email and Teams
Strong commercial awareness and ability to grow existing accounts
Organised approach to quotation follow-ups, sales pipelines and customer enquiries
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
HVAC or construction industry experience advantageous but not essential
Full UK driving licence

Package
£30,000-£40,000 DOE
Office-based position in Surrey
