Job Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Working Pattern: Fully office-based
The Role
We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join a growing team based in Droitwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous sales experience who is confident speaking with customers, building relationships and identifying opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be empathetic, personable and customer-focused, with 2 or more years of previous sales experience and a genuine interest in developing their career within sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing relationships with new and existing customers
- Handling incoming sales enquiries and identifying customer requirements
- Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Following up and converting leads
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Preparing and following up on quotations
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Keeping customer and sales information up to date
- Working closely with other internal teams and direct sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Empathetic and able to understand customer needs
- 2 years' previous sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused with a professional and friendly approach
- Motivated by achieving targets and results
- Organised and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Keen to develop and progress within a sales environment
