Internal Sales Executive in Kingsthorpe, West Northamptonshire

Are you experienced in electrical wholesale and enjoy building relationships with trade customers?

We are working with a well-established electrical wholesaler looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to join its team in Northampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in electrical wholesale who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment, delivering excellent customer service and developing strong relationships with customers.

The Role

• Handling incoming and outgoing sales enquiries from trade customers.

• Preparing and processing customer quotations and orders.

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Providing product advice and identifying opportunities to increase sales.

• Working closely with the external sales team and branch colleagues.

• Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer requirements are met.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within electrical wholesale is required.

• Experience in internal sales, trade counter or a similar sales environment.

• Good knowledge of electrical products and the electrical distribution market.

• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive, customer-focused approach with a genuine interest in sales.
