Internal Sales Support/Customer Support – Based Milton Keynes

IMMEDIATE START!

This is a fully office based role – Candidates must be able to drive and have their own car

Basic salary £28,000 to £30,000 plus annual bonus – hours of work Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, 1 hour for lunch, excellent company pension scheme and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, free parking, full product training will be provided.

Candidate Profile

  • This role would ideally suit a graduate with experience of working within a customer-facing role and sits in the customer services department.
  • You will be articulate, professional, and keen to learn about the company’s products.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
  • The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about developing a career in business development.

Candidate Skills

Experience and Training

  • Sales experience within the data infrastructure or networking industry would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided.
  • There are opportunities to progress into a Business Development role.
  • Telephone sales experience would be beneficial.

Duties

Customer Service and Sales Support

  • Work as part of a busy Customer Service department, supporting customers and internal teams.
  • Answer telephone enquiries and proactively contact new and dormant clients.
  • Help build product and brand awareness with customers through professional and knowledgeable communication.

Quotations, Orders and Follow-Up

  • Prepare pricing, raise quotations and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
  • Process orders accurately and respond to ordering queries.
  • Resolve customer delivery issues efficiently and professionally.

Training and Development

  • Complete a full product and systems training programme.
