What will you do as an International Shipping Coordinator
- Coordinate international export shipments by road, sea, air and courier
- Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers and carriers
- Prepared export documentation, including invoices and certificates of origin
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and correct Incoterms
- Track international orders and resolve shipping issues
- Liaise with warehouses, 3PL partners and international distributors
What will you need to be an International Shipping Coordinator
- Strong analytical skills and intermittent excel user
- Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers
- Experience preparing export documentation
- Experience in Food or FMCG would be ideal
- Happy to be office based 5 days a week
