Are you an organised, proactive shipping professional with experience in international freight, imports and procurement? If you thrive in a busy environment and enjoy making a real impact, this position might be for you.

As our International Shipping & Procurement Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring products move efficiently across our global supply chain. From coordinating imports (particularly China to the UK) and managing shipping documentation to working closely with freight forwarders, suppliers and internal teams, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating international and domestic shipments
• Managing freight forwarders and logistics partners
• Preparing and checking import documentation
• Monitoring shipments and resolving delays
• Challenging freight costs and improving efficiency
• Updating ERP systems and shipment trackers
• Supporting procurement activities and supplier coordination

We're looking for someone with:
✔ Experience in international imports and freight coordination
✔ Knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance and shipping documentation
✔ Excellent organisational and communication skills
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Confidence using Excel and business systems (Salesforce/Rootstock experience is a bonus)
