IT Contract Recruiter

We're looking for a Contract Recruiter to grow our contract desk, working with IT contractors and clients across Ireland.

The role

You'll build and manage your own contract desk, sourcing and placing IT contractors while developing repeat business with clients who need contract talent regularly. That means:

• Managing the full Contract Recruitment lifecycle
• Building and developing new client relationships
• Managing contract extensions, renewals and offboarding smoothly
• Managing Contractor relationships and Client accounts

Earnings

• Competitive base salary

• No cap on what you earn, with contract desks offering strong repeat revenue potential

What we're looking for

• Experience recruiting IT contractors, or strong transferable 360 recruitment experience with a willingness to specialise in contract
• Understanding of contract recruitment mechanics: rate negotiation, compliance and contractor management
• Confident communicator who can build trust quickly with both clients and contractors
• Comfortable working to targets in a fast moving, high volume environment
