We're now looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to help grow our contract desk, working with IT contractors and clients across Ireland. You'll step into a lucrative & busy, active market, we offer enhanced compensation packages for experienced, IT recruitment professionals.

The Role
This is your desk to own. You'll run the full contract recruitment lifecycle and build the kind of client and contractor relationships that keep bringing business back to you. Day to day, you'll be:

• Managing the full contract lifecycle, from brief to placement to renewal
• Winning and developing new client relationships across the Irish IT market
• Handling extensions, renewals and offboarding smoothly
• Looking after contractors and client accounts so both sides keep choosing to work with you

Earnings

• Competitive base salary
• Uncapped commission, paid monthly with no threshold, so you earn from your very first placement
• Contract desks build strong recurring revenue, with every contractor you place earning you commission for as long as they're working

What We're Looking For

• Contract recruitment experience
• A solid understanding of contract mechanics, including rate negotiation and contractor management
• A confident communicator who builds trust quickly with clients and contractors
• Someone who enjoys working to targets in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
