IT Engineer
Working for a well-established school based in Reading, this IT Engineer position is paying £28,906 - £33,136 per annum. You'll join a friendly IT team providing day-to-day technical support across the school, helping to keep its systems, equipment and network running smoothly.
Duties:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff and students
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Install, configure and maintain laptops, PCs, mobile devices and other IT equipment
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory and user accounts
- Assist with network infrastructure, security, updates and troubleshooting

Experience required:
- Previous experience providing IT support
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues
