Our client is currently recruiting for an IT Governance Coordinator to join their technology team. The IT Governance Coordinator will play a pivotal role at the centre of Technology Governance, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and influence how key decisions are shaped and delivered.
Key Responsibilities for the IT Governance Coordinator
- Collate and distribute high-quality management information, reports and governance packs to support senior leadership decision making.
- Coordinate and manage governance and leadership meetings, including agendas, scheduling, documentation and minute-taking.
- Maintain oversight of key governance processes, including action tracking, risk management and ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders.
- Support Technology teams with reporting, data analysis and the production of meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements, small projects and operational efficiencies.
