What You'll Be Doing

As part of the marketing team, you'll support a variety of digital activities including:

• Managing and scheduling social media content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Creating eye-catching graphics, posts, and digital content using marketing tools.
• Writing engaging copy for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and website updates.
• Supporting candidate attraction campaigns for a wide range of clients and job vacancies.
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns and analysing performance metrics.
• Helping maintain and update the company website and job board listings.
• Monitoring social media engagement and identifying opportunities to increase reach and brand awareness.
• Conducting market research on competitors, recruitment trends, and industry developments.
• Tracking campaign performance and producing simple reports on marketing activity.
• Supporting employer branding initiatives and promotional events.
