The team is responsible for developing products from initial concept through to final design, including new product innovation, enhancement of existing lines, and ensuring all solutions meet stringent safety and performance expectations. Job Summary
The successful candidate will join the Engineering & Design team, supporting the planning and execution of activities required for product qualification. This includes generating technical documentation, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring project milestones are met.
This role is ideal for an early‑career engineer who is analytical, organised, and eager to learn. It offers exposure to a wide range of engineering disciplines and the opportunity to contribute to products used in survival‑critical environments. While initially focused on project coordination and administration, the position will evolve into a multi‑disciplinary engineering role with responsibility for product qualification and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning - Create and manage short‑ and long‑term project plans, communicating progress and driving tasks to completion.
- Test Execution - Develop, execute, and report on test plans; participate in testing activities when appropriate; prepare associated safety documentation.
- Requirements Interpretation - Analyse and manage complex technical requirements to support qualification programmes.
- Evidence Review - Identify and document qualification evidence from legacy and current products.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination - Work with engineering, production, finance, and other departments to ensure timely task completion.
- Risk Assessment - Conduct product risk assessments, including Failure Modes and Effects Analyses.
- Process Improvement - Identify inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Team Culture - Support an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative team environment.
- Safety Leadership - Promote a safety‑first mindset across all activities.

Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 0-2 years of industrial engineering experience.
