We are looking for Key Operatives to work at our Prepared foods factory just outside of Lincoln. 

In this role, you will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of production lines, ensuring machinery is set up correctly, operated efficiently, and monitored throughout the shift to maintain quality, safety, and output targets. You will play a key part in keeping production flowing smoothly by identifying and resolving minor issues, completing paperwork, escalating faults where necessary, and ensuring all equipment is used in line with company procedures.

Shift Pattern:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Sunday 

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday 

Hours: 06:00am - finish (approximately 12 hour shifts)

Skills and experience needed:

• Great communication skills, with the confidence to lead and motivate others
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production environments
• Experience operating, monitoring, or overseeing machinery on a production line
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement

You will receive:
