KS1 Supply Teacher - Coventry

Your new company

Hays Education are working with a number of primary schools across Coventry and surrounding areas that regularly require KS1 Teachers to cover sickness, PPA, planned absences and longer-term vacancies.
With demand continuing throughout the academic year, opportunities are available on both a flexible day-to-day basis and through longer-term placements within Year 1 and Year 2 classes.

Your new role

• Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 1
• Follow existing planning and school policies where required
• Support pupils' academic and social development
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1
• Strong classroom management skills
• Good understanding of phonics and early literacy
• The ability to adapt to different school environments
