The Role

As a KS2 Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and purposeful KS2 lessons
• Create a positive, stimulating and inclusive classroom
• Support pupils' academic and personal development
• Encourage confidence, independence and a love of learning
• Monitor and assess pupil progress
• Differentiate learning according to individual needs
• Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
• Contribute to the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate

We welcome applications from qualified and experienced teachers as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

You will ideally have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an ECT working towards/holding QTS
• Experience teaching or a strong interest in Key Stage 2
• A good understanding of the KS2 curriculum
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A creative, enthusiastic and committed approach to teaching
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
