Labourer

We are looking for a reliable, physically fit and hardworking Labourer to join a long-term construction project working on a tower block.

This is a genuine heavy labouring role and is suited to someone who is comfortable with physically demanding work and understands what is expected on a busy construction site. The project is long-term, so for the right person there is consistent work available for the foreseeable future.

The role will involve heavy lifting and moving materials on site, including Dorsets weighing up to approximately 90kg, along with general labouring duties and assisting the wider site team. This is not a role for someone looking for light duties — you will need to be physically capable, have a strong work ethic and be prepared to put the effort in every day.

You will be working as part of a team on a valued client's site. Our client takes great pride in their work, their standards and the way their teams operate, so we are looking for someone who reflects those values.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS card – essential
• Previous construction/site experience
• References – essential
• Physically fit and capable of heavy manual labour
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work effectively within a team

• Must be committed to the duration of the project
