Thorn Baker Construction are currently seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a well-established team working on high-quality fit out projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operative with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional finishes within a fast-paced fit out environment.

• Spraying a variety of materials and surfaces to a high standard
• Preparing surfaces prior to application
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in line with project specifications
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working collaboratively with site teams to meet project deadlines

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday
• Ongoing work available
• On-site parking provided

• Proven experience as a Sprayer, ideally within the fit out, joinery, or construction sectors
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Relevant qualifications or tickets advantageous but not essential
