Lamb Butchers

360 Recruitment Ltd is recruiting Lamb Butchers and Trimmers for one of our established clients in Wales.

We are looking for experienced and motivated Lamb Butchers and Trimmers to join a busy lamb boning hall. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, full-time employment with competitive pay based on your skills and experience.

Pay Rates

Pay will vary depending on experience, ability and performance during a practical block test.

Rates range from:

£12.82 per hour – Basic knife users and trimmers
Up to £16.90 per hour – Highly skilled and fully qualified butchers

The final rate of pay will be confirmed following the skills assessment.

Working Hours

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Overtime paid at time and a half
• Shift starts at 6:00 am
• Two unpaid 30-minute breaks per shift
• Ongoing, full-time work

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Lamb Butcher, Boner or Trimmer
• Good knife skills and confidence working with lamb
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to complete a practical skills assessment
