Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Land Surveyor to relocate to Bermuda and join a well-established, multi-disciplinary property and professional services organisation.

The Role

As a Land Surveyor, you will manage projects from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction throughout.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering boundary surveys and preparing compliant legal plans
• Conducting topographical surveys and producing detailed CAD outputs
• Preparing lease plans and site condition reports
• Carrying out setting out duties and supporting development projects
• Managing your own workload, projects, and client relationships
• Processing survey data and producing high-quality reports
• Ensuring all work meets relevant standards and regulations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Surveying
• 3+ years’ experience in professional land surveying
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and survey processing software
• Experience using total stations, GNSS, and ideally laser scanning technology
• A strong understanding of surveying principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Eligibility to gain local professional registration
• A full driving licence (or ability to obtain one shortly after relocation)
