Salary: £13.50 - £15.50 per hour (DOE) + Performance Bonus
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon (with travel to sites)

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Landscape Team Leader to join a well-established and successful landscaping contractor operating across the Midlands. What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Team Leader with:

  • Minimum 2 years’ landscaping experience

  • At least 1 year’s experience leading a team

  • Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques and site operations

  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

  • Ability to read and understand landscape plans and drawings

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and support a team

A full driving licence is essential for this role, as company vehicles are provided for travel from the yard to site each day. A CSCS card is desirable, however support can be provided for candidates who do not currently hold one.

The Role:

Working predominantly across residential developments, local authority projects, housing associations, and managed sites, you will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring landscaping projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Your duties will include:

  • Leading and supporting a team of Landscape Operatives

  • Organising daily tasks and ensuring work is completed on schedule

  • Ground preparation and landscaping works

  • Turfing and seeding

  • Shrub, hedge, and tree planting

  • Light grounds maintenance duties

  • Operating landscaping machinery including rotovators, whacker plates, seeding equipment, and hand tools

  • Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained on site

  • Reading and working from landscape drawings and plans

There are also opportunities to progress and develop within other areas of the business, including grounds maintenance teams, customer care, play equipment installation, ecological teams, and fencing projects.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Overtime available.

Travel time to and from sites is included within the working day.
