We're supporting a highly respected creative production and manufacturing business as they continue to invest in their operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fulfilment, Warehouse or Logistics Manager to join an established business delivering complex, long-term projects for some of the UK's best-known retail brands.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the entire fulfilment operation, ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time while leading a dedicated warehouse and fulfilment team.
 

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the end-to-end fulfilment process from order receipt through to delivery.
• Leading warehouse, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Managing inventory, stock accuracy, and warehouse systems.
• Driving SLA performance across multiple complex customer contracts.
• Leading, motivating and developing warehouse and fulfilment staff.
• Working closely with Production, Manufacturing and Customer Services teams.
• Identifying process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality, and operational compliance.
   

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience managing a warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics operation.
• Experience supporting retail customers or working with complex customer contracts.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing operational teams.
• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to streamline processes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience using warehouse management or inventory systems.
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Knowledge of large format print highly advantageous.
