About the role:-
To work with internal and external supply chain partners to ensure data is accessible to those who need the information to streamline business processes, and statutory obligations. You will navigate compliance work stream data within agreed timescales.
The role will support the management team to provide up-to-date reporting information for Lampton Homes and London Borough of Hounslow, KPI’s, risks, challenges and successes.
Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to deliver a safe environment for all customers
Carry out other administrative and data handling functions as instructed by the Manager, including updating all systems information, addressing queries from the Customer Service Centre. This list is not exhausted of all duties and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities: -
- Confident in organising and transforming information into comprehensible structures
- Using tools and techniques to visualise data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly reports and client presentations, ensuring accurate information is collated
- Gain and understanding of BIM Building information modelling to assist in key compliance areas for block management
- These duties and responsibilities should be regarded as neither exclusive nor exhaustive as the post holder may be required to undertake other reasonably determined duties and responsibilities within the company, commensurate with the grading of the post, without changing the general character of the post.
- Ensure you remain up to date with all relevant compliance and mandatory training that will enable you to fulfil the requirements of your role.
- Planning and Scheduling of operative’s diaries, ensuring work is allocated effectively and efficiency, communicating with operatives to ensure delivery

Person Specification: -
Education & Qualifications Desired:
A-level (or equivalent) subjects such as Business, Maths or Data related field
GSCE’s grade A to D
Building safety qualification
Previous Experience and Skills Desired
- Experience of collaborative working with colleagues to monitor and develop services and deliver change
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Excellent understanding of Excel and formulars
