We're recruiting a Lead Buyer for a well-established manufacturing business based in Yorkshire.

This role would suit someone who started their career in planning or supply chain before moving into buying or procurement. You'll lead purchasing activities, build strong supplier relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure the business has the right materials at the right cost and quality.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the purchasing function.
• Negotiating supplier contracts and driving cost savings.
• Building and managing supplier relationships.
• Ensuring suppliers meet quality and food safety standards.
