CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is a leading global provider of integrated facilities management and workplace solutions. We are looking for a Lead Contract Support to join our team, providing vital operational, financial, and administrative support across a key client account.
About the Role
As Lead Contract Support, you will work closely with operational teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the contract. You will be responsible for financial administration, reporting, purchase orders, invoicing, forecasting, compliance, and maintaining accurate contract records.
This will be a hybrid role based 3-day in the Leeds office and 2-days WFH.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing purchase orders, quotations, invoicing, and billing activities.
- Supporting financial reporting, forecasting, month-end processes, and aged debt management.
- Producing client reports, portfolio reviews, and contract documentation.
- Maintaining contract records, compliance documentation, and auditable trails.
- Coordinating subcontractor administration, timesheets, training records, and holiday tracking.
- Supporting contract renewals, annual maintenance planning, and commercial processes.
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
About You
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You'll have:
- Previous experience in a Contract Support, Facilities Administration, or similar role.
- People management experience
- Strong financial and commercial administration experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach with a strong customer focus.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
