Working for this well-established, innovative and progressive company, the Lead Generation Executive will work as part of a motivated team to effectively carry out B2B outbound calling and appointment setting for field-based Business Development Managers.
The role has OTE bonus of £5,000 per year.
The will Lead Generation Executive work Monday to Friday 9am-530pm - hybrid working is available following the training period.

Role responsibilities:-
- Confidently make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Clearly and persuasively communicate value propositions over the phone.
- Identify needs and tailor conversations to create sales opportunities.
- Book well-qualified appointments that meet agreed criteria.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain control of conversations.
- Build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospects.
- Record and manage detailed information accurately within CRM systems.
- Manage time effectively to balance call activity, follow-ups, and admin tasks.
- Collaborate with BDMs to ensure alignment and maximise conversion opportunities.
- Adapt approach based on feedback, results, and market insights.
Skills, knowledge and experience:-
- Has experience of effectively carrying out B2B outbound calling and appointment setting.
- Understands the proposition and can clearly articulate its benefits to clients.
- Knows how to identify customer pain points and align solutions accordingly.
- Understands what qualifies as a high-quality sales appointment.
- Understands key sales metrics such as call volumes, talk time, and conversion rates.
- Knows how to position value and handle objections confidently.
- Knows the importance of building early-stage relationships to support longer-term opportunities.
- Understands how BDMs operate and the importance of diary management and scheduling.
- Takes ownership of personal targets and performance outcomes.
- Demonstrates professionalism and consistency in all interactions.
- Is proactive in generating opportunities and solving problems.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Comfortable working with outbound dialling systems and call tracking tools.
- Able to input, track, and analyse basic performance data.
