The Role
- Reporting into the General Manager, managing a team of 8.
- Overseeing planned and reactive electrical maintenance across production equipment
- Fault-finding on industrial machinery to minimise downtime
- Occasional mechanical work will be carried out
- No weekend working, Monday to Friday only
- Weekly rotational shift pattern - Days – 7am-3.15pm & Backshifts – 3pm-11.15pm
The Person
- Strong man management skills.
- 1-2 years within a Senior / Lead engineer role.
- Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar background
- Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- 18th Edition qualified
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
