PACKAGE: £50 - £55k, mobile phone, 23 days rising to 28 annual leave + BH, overtime, pension, sick pay (full pay for the 1st month!)

JOB INFORMATION - Lead Multi-skilled Engineer

• Our client have secured a prestigious new site in the Pimlico area and are seeking a professional, multi-skilled Engineer to be based full time on this site.
• We are looking for a Lead Multi-skilled Engineer to nurture the relationship with the client, and ensure all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner. The site is newly refurbished and as other areas open up we will look to recruit a team beneath you. For example somoeone of the opposite bias once you are up and running.
• The position is a site-based role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as mechanical and HVAC maintenance along with electrical PPM's including lighting, emergency lighting testing/fire alarm testing and so on. Electrical knowledge is not essential as our client has a team of mobile elctrical engineers who can cover this part of the site whilst we look to recruit a 2nd man after this particular vacnacy is filled.
• Brand new 5 year contract. No on call, 40 hours/week Monday-Friday

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Lead Mechancial Engineer / Multi-skilled Engineer

• The ideal candidate will have experience of working on mechanical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with plantroom maintenance/pipework/hvac service and maintenance experience.
• HVAC/mechanical/electrical and building services knowledge would be advantageous
• Experience and knowledge of PPM's and site compliance
• Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long term opportunity, additional training would be offered to the right person if required.
• Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously and on contracts of a similar nature would be advantageous. This site is high end so requires someone with a professional approach, smart & well presented with excellent cumminication skills.
