The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across a variety of manufacturing equipment to ensure production runs efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive breakdown maintenance
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions
• Continuous improvement projects
• Minimising downtime and improving equipment reliability
• Working closely with production and other departments
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records

About You

To be successful in this Maintenance Engineer position, you will need:

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing or production environment
• Multi-skilled engineering experience with electrical and mechanical fault-finding abilities
• A proactive approach to problem solving
• A passion for improving machinery and processes
• Strong communication and team-working skills
• To be based in the UK with full right to work in the UK
