Lead Refrigeration Engineer
WR HVAC
You'll be responsible for installing, commissioning, servicing and fault-finding on split systems and chilled water cooling systems across high-end residential projects throughout the UK, with the majority of work concentrated around London.
You'll be expected to take ownership of projects on site, manage your own workload and provide leadership where. The role also includes occasional international travel across Europe and Dubai, with a clear long-term pathway into Project Management as the department grows.
Requirements
Strong background in refrigeration and/or air conditioning
Experience working with split systems, refrigeration equipment or similar HVAC systems
Previous supervisory, team-leading or management experience
Comfortable taking responsibility for installations and managing works on site
Installation, commissioning, service and fault-finding experience
Able to work independently and organise your own workload
F-Gas qualification
Good customer-facing and communication skills
Full UK driving licence
Happy with nationwide travel and staying away when required
Comfortable with occasional overseas travel
Package
Up to £48,000 basic salary DOE
