Our growing client is currently seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful Learning and Development Manager will shape the development of people, and lead the day-to-day delivery of learning activities across skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Learning and Development Manager will use a range of L&D methodologies
- Deliver annual learning objectives
- Design and deliver blended learning that drives measurable performance improvement
- Translate business needs into practical, relevant development programmes
- Create high-quality learning content
- Use data and insight to shape decisions and improve outcomes
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in an L&D Manager or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering blended learning.
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into practical development programmes
- Excellent coaching skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
