Learning Support Assistant

£100-£117 per day | Immediate Start

Remedy Education are currently recruiting for a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a school in South East London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to support pupils to get the most out of their education. You will work closely with teachers to provide additional support in the classroom, helping pupils with their learning, confidence and day-to-day development.

The successful candidate will be patient, approachable and confident working with children. Experience supporting pupils with SEN or additional needs would be highly desirable.

The Role:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday

• Immediate start

• £100-£117 per day

• Supporting pupils in the classroom

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support

• Helping pupils stay engaged with their learning

• Supporting behaviour, confidence and independence

• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with children or young people

• Caring, patient and supportive approach

• Confident communication skills

• Able to build positive relationships with pupils

• SEN experience is desirable

• Reliable and proactive attitude
