A Secondary School in Maidenhead is seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers who want to build valuable, hands-on experience working with students with a variety of special educational needs.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional learning needs.
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and developing their confidence and independence.
- Work closely with teachers to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Encourage students to participate actively in lessons and school activities.
- Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, and engagement throughout the school day.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with students, helping them reach their individual potential.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
