Learning Support Assistant in Clacton-On-Sea, Essex

Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Clacton-on-Sea, starting ASAP. The school is looking for a committed practitioner with strong communication skills, effective behaviour management, and a genuine desire to support pupils both academically and socially.

• Location - Clacton-on-Sea
• Position - Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
• Type of work - Classroom support and small group intervention work
• Start date - ASAP
• Duration - Ongoing / Long-term
• Full time/part-time - Full time
• Rate of pay - £90-£100 per day (depending on experience)
• Hours - 08:30am - 15:45pm

• Experience supporting children in a UK primary school setting (placements accepted)
• Experience working with pupils who require additional learning support is desirable
• Relevant LSA, TA, childcare, or education-based qualifications desirable
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable)

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
• Provide two professional child-related references
