Protocol Education is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a specialist secondary setting in Gateshead, starting this September.

- Monday-Friday
- 8:30am-4:30pm
- Term-time only
- Long-term opportunity with potential to go permanent
- Supporting students across KS3 and KS4
- Helping students access their lessons
- Providing individual and small group support
- Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
- Building strong professional relationships
- Encouraging students to engage with education
- Supporting literacy and reading development
- Helping students improve their written work
- Providing positive encouragement and role modelling
- Supporting students during breakfast and lunchtime
- Working closely with teaching and pastoral colleagues

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
