What You'll Be Doing- No two days are the same! As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils both in and out of the classroom
- Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning activities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support
- Help children develop confidence, independence and social skills
- Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Celebrate achievements and support children to overcome challenges
- Has a genuine passion for working with children
- Is positive, proactive and adaptable
- Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Has excellent communication skills
- Works well as part of a team
- Has previous experience working with children or young people
- Is committed to supporting every child to achieve their best

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
